The Lotus Family Dharma Meditations:

Join us for a short visit to Chines Esoteric (Hanmi) Buddhist Meditations and explore how practicing them daily can transform your life.  Students will receive full transmission of the dharmas, which includes the sacred mantra, mudra and visualization for each meditation, a written guide to aide with practice throughout the week and supportive conversation and guidance on integrating Hanmi Buddhist practices into your life.
